Along with the signed documents listed above, you must provide a:

  • Copy of your MC Authority Letter
  • Copy of your Certificate of Insurance ($1,000,000 in Auto-Liability and $100,000 in Cargo Coverage)
  • Signed W-9 Form
  • Factoring Company NOA (Notice of Assignment) if applicable

Absolutely! We love helping serious hard workers in all stages of their career. We have relationships with brokers who will allow you to haul on day 1, even though some prefer you to have your MC 6 months or more. Don’t worry, it can be done.

Yes, all owner-operators and carriers working with Blazin Lanes Dispatching and Logistics are required to operate under their own motor carrier authority.

Not at all. Once you complete our registration, we’ll have everything that we need to get you set-up and loaded.

Yes. You’re not required to take every load that’s offered. We ask that you communicate with our dispatch agents so that your requirements are fulfilled. We don’t want to waste your time or ours.

Once the load is complete, you will send us the legible signed BOL (Bill of Lading) and we will submit the invoice on your behalf to the broker or factoring company (if applicable.)
