HOW TO GET STARTED

Our process is simple… Complete the Dispatch Request Form, we will then email you the Dispatch Service Agreement, Limited Power of Attorney Form, and Carrier Profile Form. Once completed, upload or email those items along with the documents listed below.

**The Dispatch Service Agreement is NOT a contract, it is an agreement set in place that states who is responsible for what so everyone is protected.

Active MC Authority

A copy of your Motor Carrier Authority.

A copy of your certificate of insurance reflecting $1,000,000 in Auto-Liability and $100,000 in Cargo Coverage.
